Blow Up local Chemical Plants
Blowing up unsecured chemical plants close to large urban areas seems to be the easiest method of killing thousands of Americans. The 60 Minutes' report highlighted this issue to the Chemical industry's trade organization with little effect. Once again money is determining US Homeland secuirty policy.
In Corporate America, if there is a major problem within your department, it is fixed within short order or you are fired. Why can't Tom Ridge send down the law and the Chemical industry secure its facilities? Who controls whom?
I am sure the cost of lawsuits and insurance claims will far exceed the costs to secure these facilities. Anyway, if these facilities are not secure due to costs, the current cost of these products and the competitive products are underinflated due to the fact these plants have never been secure and these costs never factored in to the final cost of producing the product.
Oh well, I would hit ten of these unsecured chemical plants across the US on one day around 10:15am central time. Everyone should be on break around 10am. You really do not have to enter the facility but lob a few homemade cherry bombs, grenades, or RPGs into the facilities to explode a few of the tanks. You could probaly kill 5k plus.
We'll probably secure these facilities once they are hit and a few thousand of us are killed. Hopefully you're not one of them.
